Thoughts of a minibus traveller

  No Diclo gel..  The woman laughed when I said "nuff ah we mussee gat pain in Guyana" . She hadr she told me that they did not have any more of the diclo gel, and only a few of the diclofenac tablets in stock.  I had a slight panic thinking hell, would I manage if I need the diclo gel, then panicking thinking, hey hey.. are depending on the thing, and then relaxing as I thought what will be will be. Youth on the road, some of them outside the Chinese supermarket, some of them rolling openly near the lady selling sweetie and candy and thing which children might want to buy from her - some youngsters gaffing one day and rolling up early afternoon. No sense that any conversation about dangers and 'responsible' use. Two mild mannered bus drivers I know, during the lunch break.. one under the tree , teking his spliff. The other one, taking one as he checks bus and gets ready for work. Doesn't marijuana use impair driving?   Qaddafi in the minibus  Same day that the US Government issued their updated sanctions list, I jump in a minibus with my mind on my collapsing teeth which have been going out of line and breaking up and filled and so on (including with gold) much like how some roads and bridges and institutions supposedly fix in Guyana.. fix for a time but never really fix.  Bus driver looks like he is a Guyanese of African Descent and I hear the name Allah call and the man over the bus speaker talking about George Bush and disasters in America. and Brother Qaddafi and about America and Libya and Osama and some names call there that I wonder if I should jump  out the bus because my mind on how the US say just so, they sanction some Guyanese .
