Meditations after a night of tossing, turning, sweating and impotence

No warning signs really of how the night would be bad. Body needs rest, relaxation and mind needs blankness for a while to recover for work to be done. Maybe the moon is disrupting things.

But.. sweating, tossing and turning, dreams of things, the fan spinning creating noise for more dreams, turning on the fan, turning it off, turning it on again..
Impotence when potence would have brought some comfort that okay, things are okay at least in some way..

Waking up though.. because the work still has to be done even though waking up feeling as bad or worse than when I went to sleep..

Thanks for the loved one who called on the way home late.."Go and sleep , your voice sounds like you wan dead".. and my reply instead of 'no, is my sexy bed half wake voice dat you used to like hearing' .. is mumbling something about if I doan want talk to you I would tell you..

Thanks for the opportunity for the work done and I know I am worried about the youth who might have walked out, rather than the others who stayed and said they enjoyed the session.

I know I should not have indulged in the jellabie, cake, vermicelli as a way of recuperation, but instead come home and do the yoga to stretch out from the stresses of the previous days .. the sugar probably created more toxins in the body.

Thanks for the weirdness of life in which an unexpected request comes in which highlights more of the problems at the Ministry of Social Protection.

Hopefully, it will be resolved..

Thanks for laughs at the educated intelligent woman who stand up with hands on waist chastising the cat who want to go and eat dog food "You starving? Eh , Eh, come here.. lef de food alone, like yuh doan get food "

Thanks for waking up after rough night. For struggling through trying to see if the body has to stretch out more. The heat is intense.. the sweat is forming even without movement.. but maybe the body is warring or fighting up and still not at rest.

There are things to be done.  At some point when the body and mind are rested, the impotence will no longer be impotence, and the sleep will come.
